Can I order for several clients at once?

Yes. The order form takes up to 10 names at a time. For more than 10 clients, complete one order and then start another one right after. Ordering for an entire client list or office? Larger orders can be arranged separately. Write to info@kintrak.ca and we will get back to you within two business days.

Will my name or my business appear on it?

No. Each copy carries the name you type at checkout, which is usually your client’s. You can add a note of your own when you forward it.

Do I fill it in on the computer or by hand?

Either way. Every purchase comes with a version you can type into on a computer and a version you can print and fill in by hand, plus a short guide to printing a clean copy.

Is my information stored anywhere, or seen by anyone?

No. You fill the organizer in on your own device, and what you write stays with you. We never receive it, see it, or store it.

What if I rent, or live in a residence?

It still works. The organizer is written for any living situation, whether you own, rent, or live in a residence. You fill in what fits and leave the rest.

Can I update it later?

Yes. It is yours to keep and update for years. When something changes, such as a new pharmacy or a new neighbour with a key, you update the page.

How do I get it after I pay?

Right away. Your copies are prepared with the names you chose and they are emailed to you immediately after you purchase. It arrives from info@kintrak.ca. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.

What do I need to open it?

Kintrak arrives as PDF files attached to an email, and almost any computer, phone or tablet can open them. If you are buying for someone who is not comfortable with email or computers, you can open the files yourself, print the Print copy, and give them the printed pages.

Will I receive a printed copy in the mail?

No. Kintrak is sent by email as PDF files, and nothing is printed or mailed. Each order includes a Print copy you can print at home, or take to a print shop or public library. If you are buying for someone who is not comfortable with email or computers, you may want to print it for them before you give it.

Can I get a refund?

Because Kintrak is a digital file that is delivered to you right away, purchases are final once it has been sent. If something is wrong with your order, write to info@kintrak.ca within 7 days of purchase and it will be made right.
