Privacy
This page explains what information Kintrak collects when you buy or use the organizer, and how we handle it. Kintrak is operated by Raeven Logic Systems Inc.
What we collect
When you buy a copy, we collect your name, your email address, and the family name you choose to have printed on your copy. Your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. If you choose to join the Lead Time newsletter, we collect your email address for that.
What we do not collect
You fill the organizer in on your own device. We do not receive, see, or store anything you write inside it. The information about your household stays with you.
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your copy and send your receipt.
- To answer you and provide support.
- To send the newsletter, with a button for you to unsubscribe if you wish.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to complete your purchase and support you, with our payment processor (Stripe) and the service we use to email your copy. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep records of purchases for as long as we need them for our business and to meet tax and legal obligations, and then we remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able, by emailing info@kintrak.ca. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.
Cookies and measurement
Raeven Logic Systems Inc. uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use kintrak.ca, such as which pages are most read. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, browser, and the pages you visit, and this information is processed by Google. We use it only to understand and improve the site, not to identify you personally. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Canadian privacy law
We handle personal information in keeping with Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
In practice, this means:
- We collect only the information we need to sell and deliver the organizer, and nothing more.
- We use that information only for the reasons described on this page.
- We protect it with security measures suited to how sensitive it is.
- You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct or remove it.

Children
Kintrak is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
