Terms of Purchase and Use
These terms apply to your purchase and use of the Kintrak Family Readiness Organizer from kintrak.ca, operated by Raeven Logic Systems Inc. (“Kintrak”, “we”, “us”). By buying or using the organizer, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
The organizer is a digital file that you download, fill in, and print. Each purchase includes a version you can type into on a computer and a version you can print and fill in by hand, along with a short guide to printing a clean copy. It is delivered electronically. There is no physical product.
Your licence to use it
When you buy a copy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it within your own household and immediate family.
- You may print copies for your family’s own use.
- You may share it with members of your immediate family.
- You may not resell it, give it away outside your family, post it publicly, or use it for any commercial purpose.
Your copy carries your family member’s name. The content remains ours, and this licence is what you receive in exchange for your purchase.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added. You are responsible for any charges your bank or card applies.
Delivery
Your copy is prepared with your family’s name and made available to download right after your payment is complete, and a copy is emailed to you. Please use a valid email address and check your spam folder if you do not see it. If you have any trouble, email info@kintrak.ca and we will help.
Refunds
Because the organizer is a digital product that is personalized and delivered to you immediately, purchases are final once the file has been delivered. If something goes wrong, such as a file you cannot open or a payment taken twice, contact us at info@kintrak.ca and we will make it right.
Not professional advice
Kintrak is an organizing resource for your family’s own information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own decisions. For advice about your situation, speak with a qualified professional.
Provided as is, and our responsibility
The organizer is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for how the information you enter is used, or for any loss that follows from using the organizer. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim connected to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Our content
The design, wording, and layout of the organizer belong to Kintrak and are protected by copyright. Your licence above does not transfer ownership.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there.
